Poetry and the new...

I decided to change my blogs. I first wanted to do a food blog then a random news blog. But now I am just gonna write about everyday life.

My mom has breast cancer and she has to undergo chemotherapy next week. I'm terrified but she seems calm and cool (as always). Well we are from Louisiana but she lives in Chicago and me in Atlanta. Thursday night me and my boyfriend plan to drive up there to visits her before her treatment. Well she wrote a book that has just been released to the public. Its full of spiritual and inspirational poetry about loving yourself and being happy. This is the perfect type of book to give someone who is down, lost their confidence or is a less happy person than you remembered.
