Me and my girl Shay was out and about in Atlanta again searching for key garment items no girl should do without: multi-colored all -purpose leggings and a little "red" freakum dress.
Well hunger pains slowed our hunt down to a slow drag so we drove around midtown glancing at signs hoping for something (anything) to entice our empty bellies. And Yeah! Burger (1168 Howell Mill rd Atlanta, Ga 30318) caught out attention. I personally always wanted to try it and I have a friend that mans the fryers there that I also wanted to "harass". So since Shay didn't object I politely busted a U-turn and parked in the front lot ( more parking is apparently available in the rear).
The place was packed. And I mean PACKED! The line went out into the sweltering heat but no one seamed to mind the potential of heat induced stroke for a good burger. I was grateful for the the line once I laid my naturally indecisive eyes on the the plethora of choices. There was multiple choices for everything from whole wheat and non gluten buns to grass feed bison or beef to onion rings or fried pickles.
I decided on a grass feed beef burger with white bun, American cheese and the house made chili (Shaun's red chili). I meant to order some fried pickle but forgot so well do that next visit. Shay had a grass feed beef with white cheddar on whole wheat and a side of half onion rings and half hand cut fries. The onion rings were awesome and was perfect tucked into my burger. I expected the chili to have a little spicy kick but was a tad on the sweet side but was good none the less. The burger was Great the bus was so soft on the inside but didn't buckle under the weight of the burger and toppings.
Overall I can say I am most defiantly going back her in the very near future. :)
